NURTURED BY NATURE: A Herbal Yearbook to Ground Yourself in Nature

RIGHTS AVAILABLE: all rights handled by the bks Agency

NURTURED BY NATURE offers a profoundly simple path through the year.

A guide to every month in turn helps you reconnect to the seasonal rhythms around you, meeting herbal allies that are available to you each month, understanding how to use them to improve your wellbeing and quench that deep desire for calm, clarity and connection to nature.

In short - it’s an antidote to the crazy world we live in, to the 24/7 culture and to carrying the worries of the world. By looking outside your own backdoor, be that in country, city, or somewhere inbetween, Nurtured by Nature offers you a guide to being comforted by your environment, by the familiarity of the seasons unfolding around you and, ultimately, to a more peaceful, grounded and fulfilling way of life - allowing you to rise and meet the challenges of modern living.

She is also a guest speaker for Over the Bloody Moon, an award-winning consultancy that partners with global organisations on menopause inclusivity and was the Director of the Betonica School of Herbal Medicine.

She now teaches as a Lead Educator at the prestigious global Herbal Academy, who have over 760K followers on IG.

Pamela recently spoke at the Herbal Academy’s inaugural online conference which was attended by 80,000 participants.

She is shortly to appear as a Guest Expert in the ‘Doctor in the House’ slot on Tricia Goddard’s chat show to talk about supporting women through the menopause.

She has written and presented her own BBC online series on traditional herbal medicine and teaches herbal medicine and ethnobotany internationally both informally and on professional herbal training.  Pamela’s charitable work includes supporting and training health care workers in East Africa to use locally grown herbs safely in rural communities.
