What if the life you want isn’t the life you’re supposed to have?

Who’s Going to Love Me Now? offers a unique structure,  telling a story of the author’s personal journey as well as including practical help. Each chapter opens with an inspirational quote or saying - some funny and modern, others deep and philosophical. A part of Helen’s life and experience follows, making it relatable to everyone, even if they haven’t faced the hard knocks that she has – and let’s hope they haven’t!

Then comes advice and a practical exercise or task - e.g. the ten-minute tool. Helen also plans to include links to guided meditations, visualisations and other helpful resources, so the reader can work on themselves as they read the book and after they finish it. As an added extra to the book, there will be the opportunity to sign up to Helen’s mailing list, and via that the reader will have access to popular life coaching questions and a 21-day challenge which will enable them to re-boot their life or change aspects of it. Helen has plans for a podcast, talks and workshops and a journal to be linked to the book.

Helen Rigby is a certified Master Jungian Life Coach, qualified meditation teacher, writer, speaker, and cancer survivor.

At 37, she was diagnosed with stage 4 blood cancer and began chemotherapy just three hours later. The experience forced her to confront everything she thought she was. As a single woman, the emotional impact of infertility and premature menopause was profound, and largely unsupported. That reckoning became the catalyst for her life’s work.

Helen’s mission is to support women through the chapters no one prepares you for - when you’re grieving the life you imagined, questioning your identity, or quietly feeling left behind. She helps women reconnect with their worth, process the grief of unexpected life paths, and rediscover purpose beyond traditional timelines.

Originally trained as an actress, Helen later retrained in Jungian psychology, Eastern philosophy, and social neuroscience to become the guide she once needed herself. Her coaching blends deep emotional insight with practical, soulful tools for transformation.

She is currently writing her debut book, Who’s Going to Love Me Now? - a personal and powerful exploration of identity, love, and meaning after life has been turned upside down.

In her spare time, Helen volunteers at her local food bank and was given a Queen’s Volunteering Award as a consequence. She lives in Woodham, Surrey, with her cat, Ophelia.
